About This Role
Canva is expanding its Performance Marketing Analytics function and looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our global growth team. You'll own reporting and analysis for our paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels across the US market.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain channel-level performance dashboards across Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate partners
- Analyze campaign performance data to surface optimization insights for media buyers
- Own weekly performance reporting with clear recommendations for budget allocation
- Partner with the attribution team to improve our understanding of cross-channel impact
- Support quarterly business reviews with data-backed performance narratives
**What you need:**
- 2-4 years in performance marketing analytics or digital analytics
- Strong SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and GA4
- Experience with attribution tools (Rockerbox, Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar)
- Excellent Excel and data visualization skills
