About This Role
Figma's Marketing BI team is building the single source of truth for all marketing performance data. We're hiring a Marketing BI Analyst to own dashboards, reporting, and data pipelines that serve our Demand Gen, Brand, and Events teams.
**What you'll do:**
- Build and maintain Looker dashboards for marketing campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and content ROI
- Write and optimize SQL models in dbt to transform raw marketing data into clean, reliable datasets
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing reporting for leadership
- Partner with Salesforce and HubSpot admins to ensure CRM data flows into the warehouse correctly
- Train marketing stakeholders to self-serve with data
**What we're looking for:**
- 3+ years in marketing analytics, BI, or data analytics
- Advanced SQL; dbt experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Looker or Tableau for dashboard development
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/MAP tools
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
