About This Role
Klaviyo is looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to build and scale our marketing measurement capabilities as we grow into a public company. You'll lead a small team of analysts and partner with our CMO organization to ensure marketing decisions are grounded in data.
**What you'll do:**
- Lead a team of 2-3 marketing analysts across attribution, performance reporting, and experimentation
- Own our end-to-end marketing measurement stack — from data collection to executive dashboards
- Build and validate our media mix model to guide annual and quarterly budget planning
- Partner with Finance on marketing ROI modeling and LTV-to-CAC analysis
- Establish data governance standards for marketing data across the warehouse
**What you need:**
- 6+ years in marketing analytics, with 1-2 years of team leadership
- Expert SQL and Python
- Experience building or overseeing MMM or MTA attribution programs
- Strong dbt and data warehousing background (Snowflake preferred)
- Executive presence — you've presented to C-level leaders before
